  – Custom-made or ODM/OEM products have special return conditions (see section 5)

  – Await confirmation and return authorization from our team
  – Pack the items securely in appropriate packaging
  – Ship the package to the provided return address with tracking information

3. Refund Options

We offer the following refund options:
  – Full refund to original payment method (minus shipping costs)
  – Store credit for future purchases (including shipping costs)
  – Exchange for alternative products from our catalog

Please note that refund processing typically takes 7-15 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are handled as follows:

  – Returns due to customer preference: Shipping costs borne by the customer
  – International customers: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to product defects

5. Custom and OEM/ODM Orders

For customized cushions and OEM/ODM orders:
  – Returns are only accepted if items arrive damaged or do not match approved specifications
  – Custom orders cannot be returned based on preference or design changes after production
  – A quality inspection report may be required for claims related to manufacturing defects

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective items:
  – Please contact us within 7 days of receipt
  – Provide clear photographs of the damage or defect
  – Our quality control team will assess the issue and determine the appropriate solution

The following items cannot be returned:
